Do I need an account?

Short answer: no. You can open Festurah and start exploring right away. Browse the map view, switch to the schedule view, and find multi-day festivals and events near a place without signing in to anything.

So why sign in? An account keeps track of the events you care about and lets you add your own. It is entirely optional, and you can keep browsing as a guest for as long as you like.

What signing in unlocks

When you sign in, you can:

  • Favorite events you love
  • Save events to come back to later
  • Build a personal schedule of what you plan to attend
  • Create new events so other travelers can find them
  • Add microevents (set times or sub-events inside a festival, like a specific act's set time)
  • Claim ownership of an event to manage its details
  • Set up camping profiles to save your camping preferences and setup

How signing in works

Festurah uses Google Sign-In, which is a third party. That means Festurah never creates or stores a password. You sign in through Google, and that is it.

What gets stored

A signed-in account keeps a small amount of information:

  • Your email address
  • Your display name
  • Your profile-picture URL
  • Your saved collections (things like favorites, saves, and your schedule)

That is the whole list. Festurah collects the minimum it needs, does not store a location history, and does not track you across other sites. Your location is used only to show festivals near you.

Ready when you are. Sign in to start saving, or just keep browsing. Either way works.
